Entry point for python -m rustscenic.quickstart.

rustscenic.quickstart

Quickstart: load PBMC-3k, run rustscenic.grn.infer, print top regulators.

Tries scanpy's PBMC-3k (network download to scanpy's cache); if scanpy is not installed or the upstream dataset server is unreachable, falls back to a small synthetic fixture so the demo still runs. Run with:

python -m rustscenic.quickstart

Run the small PBMC-3k GRN example, with a synthetic fallback.

Returns:

Type Description
int

Zero on completion or one when required imports are unavailable. Scanpy or remote-data unavailability selects the synthetic example.
